Design and create | You start by creating your own WAP site. Consult an intermediary or a website design agency. |

Select a facilitator | Once your WAP site has been designed, contact one of the Belgian facilitators*. The facilitator will be your intermediary between the three Belgian mobile operators. |

Index the site | The facilitator will assist you in selecting your Hitcode, your keywords and/or your categories. He will take charge of reserving these data with the three mobile operators. He will suggest activating, or not activating, a mobile payment system with each of the three operators. |

Animate and communicate | It’s your job to make your site attractive and to draw in your visitors by communicating your Hitcode to the mobile public! The success of a service depends on the communication investment made by the editor or the brand. |
